Cyprus Doesn't have loads to offer in the way of spectacular reef, but what is worth diving is the Zenobia. This is a large RoRo ferry sunk in `82 I think, that still has much of the cargo & vehicles still in place today. www.discoverdivingcyprus.com/zenobia_wreck
Most of the diving will probably be shore based, and there are some very nice dives. Have a look at the link and draw your own conclusions.
