What does this mean?? Please help...?

I'm 15, and i go to a private international school in the Hague. My french teacher (Who is from Canada and very attractive) is always 'accidentally' touching my hand or feet and even thighs sometimes.
She is always looking at me while and when i look back at her she makes eye contact and smiles,
She loves to turn around, pose and bend down in front of me...
she also always sits on top of the table I'm sitting at. a few times she actually sat down on a empty chair next to me.
are these signs or am i just over judging her actions based on my attraction to her.

She is Canadian She is about 170cm in height, and skinny. She has hazel eyes and dirty blond straight hair. My attraction to her is very strong because of her hot looks and because we share mutual hobbies, like scuba diving, swimming, etc.

I don't know about the Hague, but in the U.S, it's five to ten years in prison and the end of her teaching career. If you have any feelings toward this person you will not let her destroy her life.

For you, it will mean the end of your educational career and severely threaten whatever professional career you might want later. Should it get into the press, your personal life will be hell too. I'm sure there are plenty of girls nearer your age, and in a few years they may look like your teacher does now.
