where is the best place to scuba dive in the philippines in october with an open water certificate ?
is it better to scuba around Anilao/Puerto Galera or around Bohol/Malapascua, or is there somewhere better?
If october, i recommend you dive in palawan. The typhoon usually hits Luzon, East Visayas & mindanao area and rarely in palawan. I was in Palawan for 2 consecutive years during month of October. Heavy rains in Manila and other part of the Philippines but sunny sometimes cloudy in Palawan during my stay
