Wheres the best place to swim with the dolphins,?
Im going on a cruise to western carribean between august 28 to september 4, Its going to Cozumel, Mexico >> Belize City, Belize >> Roatan (Isla Roatan), Bay Islands, Honduras >> George Town, Grand Cayman.. so whats the best place to swim or watch dolphins, also if you know whats better place to scuba dive that would be a great help to
Of those, I'd think Cozumel for the dolphins. You don't have to go through the cruise line to book this [at least it was that way in the past], but it books up fast. You can grab a cab down to Chankanaab Park and do the dolphins then relax in the park and grab a cab back. Very easy to do. [Just make sure you know which of the three piers you're docked at - the cab drivers are sometimes a bit shaky on that.]
Those four ports are all supposed to be good for diving. If you want to do it in Belize, you may want to go with a ship's excursion, if there is one, because there's a long tender into port and then you'd go out to the dive site, then back in, then another long tender to the ship - wastes a lot of time. {Don't know whether they've actually gotten that pier put in there yet.] A ship's excursion would probably pick you up at the ship and take you back again. I'm thinking that's where the "blue hole" is.
