Best Scuba Diving Belize

What is the best Wedding/Honeymoon spot in Belize?

These may be two different locations because for our honeymoon we'd really like a secluded spot, with access to scuba diving, ruins, rainforest trips and great food. However we want to make sure it's accessible for our guests (and possibly have other lodging options). Nightlife is not a priority, so I don't know that we need to stay on Ambergris Caye. Is Hamanasi in Hopkins Village (Stann Creek area) a good location or Kanantik north of Belize City? Any other recommendations? Thank you!
